This was my first time here at Steele hairdressers. They accepted me as a late walk in to have my hair washed, cut, blow dried and straighten..... Only, my hairdresser asked if she could style my hair differently after it was cut and dried. You have no idea how long I've waited for a hairdresser to say that. Usually they ask what you want and generally that's what you get. So i jumped at the chance for her to style it differently. My hairdresser stepped up, and she didn't disappoint. I don't understand why hairdresses are scared of doing something different for the client as long as the client approves. Lola was her name and she was fantastic. Very confident in her abilities, gave advice on hair products and was very chatty. She didn't have conversations with co-workers while she was doing my hair unlike some hairdressers at other salons. Although I don't want to reveal her name cos next time I go, there might be a que for her. But credit where it's due. Lola was fantastic. Reading other reviews on Google i didnt have much interaction with all the other hairdressers in there today but it sounds like they are just as nice. Thank you so much.

It took me a while to post this review. But I had a restyling done at Steele a week ago. My stylist Cantrelle did an amazing job! She listened to what I wanted and gave me a cut that suited my face. She was also really pleasant and I'm definitely returning.

Great hairdressers, always walk away feeling amazing. Sinead is lovely and very experienced, can't fault anything. Everyone at Steele are very friendly and great cups of tea and biscuits.

Best hairdressing experience ever. Staff were so friendly. I had Cantrelle do my hair and she was so lovely and did a perfect job. 100% will be going back
